1. Information You Provide to Us
(1) When you create a Voca ID, you need to provide the necessary personal information for account registration, including your nickname, date of birth, email address, and profile picture. If you refuse to provide these types of information, you may not be able to register an account.
(2) To enhance your experience on Voca and improve your social interactions, you may create your Voca profile either during account registration or after completing registration. In your profile, you can voluntarily provide certain personal information such as date of birth, height, weight, body type, language, role, and residence (some of this information may be considered sensitive personal data in certain countries/regions). Your profile is public, meaning that other Voca users can see the information you upload (including any sensitive personal data you choose to disclose). Please do not upload any information that you wish to keep private, especially sensitive personal data. While we will take necessary measures within commercially reasonable limits to protect your personal information, we cannot fully prevent unauthorized access or other security incidents. You should carefully decide what information to upload to your profile. You can review, modify, and delete the information you have uploaded at any time through the “Edit Profile” section in Voca. If you refuse to provide the above-mentioned personal information, you may not be able to use some features of Voca properly.
(3) When you use the Moments feature, we will collect information such as the photos, videos, texts, geographic locations, comments, and likes that you upload. You may delete this information at any time. If your intended post contains personal information about yourself or others, especially sensitive personal information, please carefully consider whether to publish it. If your post includes personal information of others, you must ensure that you have obtained legal authorization before publishing.
(4) When you make a top-up, our third-party payment providers may require you to provide your bank card information. Additionally, we will collect transaction-related information such as the transaction date and transaction details. If you refuse to provide this information, you may not be able to complete the top-up, but this will not affect your ability to browse, chat, and use other features within Voca. We do not directly collect your credit card or debit card information.
(5) When you contact us to provide feedback or report an issue, we will collect your contact information, IP address, and any other content you provide to facilitate our response or resolution. If you contact our customer service team, in addition to the aforementioned information, we will also collect and retain technical diagnostic data such as your device model. We may retain records of our communications with you, including complaints we receive from you against other users (and from other users against you).
(6) We may conduct market research for analytical purposes or organize promotional activities, campaigns, lotteries, competitions, etc., for marketing purposes. If you choose to participate in such surveys, research, or activities, we will collect your registration and participation details, your responses and feedback to our questions, and any other information you provide during these surveys, research, or activities.

1. How We Share Information
(1) Sharing Your Information with Other Users
1) Voca, as a social networking platform, is designed for users to connect and share information. When you use Voca, some of your information will be visible and accessible to other users. Your profile, posts, distance information, and certain interaction details (such as whether you have viewed another user's profile, which may be publicly visible to the viewed user) are public. Please do not include any confidential information in these publicly available sections.
2) If you send messages (including text, audio, photos, videos, or location information) to other users within Voca, the recipients will be able to view and access this information. They may also save or share it within or outside Voca. Furthermore, such information will be stored locally on the recipient’s device, meaning that even if your account is terminated or deleted, the messages you previously sent may still be accessible to other users. Therefore, please avoid sending any information to other users that you do not want to be saved or shared by others.
3) If other users of Voca submit complaints, reports, or other feedback concerning you, we may inform them of any actions we take in response (if applicable). Similarly, if you submit complaints, reports, or other feedback regarding other users, the same principle applies.
(2) Sharing Your Information with Our Service Providers
We share your information with vendors who assist us in operating, promoting, and improving our services, enabling them to provide services such as data hosting and maintenance, analytics, customer support, marketing, advertising, payment processing, legal compliance, and security operations. Depending on the services provided, we may share your account information, purchase records, profile and activity data, geolocation information, and usage data generated through Voca.
(3) Sharing Your Information with Advertising Partners
We may display advertisements for third-party products/services within Voca and promote Voca on third-party websites/apps. To enhance ad relevance, we provide third parties (including advertising partners) with certain information about you, such as parts of your profile, location data, device-related supplier identifiers, and advertising IDs (e.g., Google’s ADID, Apple’s IDFA), or allow them to collect such data via cookies, SDKs, or similar technologies.
(4) Sharing Your Information with Affiliates
As we and our affiliates may act as service providers to each other, assist in data processing, or pursue other legitimate business purposes (e.g., corporate/merger audits, analytics, and reporting), we share certain information with our affiliates. The categories of shared information vary by purpose but typically include account data, profile and activity data, geolocation information, purchase records, technical data, and usage data from Voca.
(5) Sharing Your Information with Law Enforcement
We may disclose your information to law enforcement to: (i) comply with legal processes such as court orders, subpoenas, search warrants, government investigations, or other legal requirements; (ii) assist in preventing or detecting crimes; (iii) protect anyone’s safety; or (iv) establish, exercise, or defend legal claims.
(6) Other Scenarios for Sharing Your Information
Interactions with Third-Party Websites/Apps: You may initiate interactions between Voca and third-party platforms, such as “liking” or “sharing” Voca content on external sites/apps. Both we and these third parties may collect information about your interactions and usage of Voca and their platforms.
2. How We Transfer Information
If a merger, sale, acquisition, divestiture, reorganization, restructuring, dissolution, bankruptcy, or any other change in ownership or control of all or part of our business occurs, we may transfer your information to our affiliates or the new owner. 3) We continuously enhance technical measures to strengthen the security of software installed on your device, preventing leaks of your personal information. For secure data transmission, we may locally encrypt certain information on your device to block viruses, trojans, malware, or unauthorized access to device data, installed apps, or running processes.
4) We may use automated decision-making technologies for content moderation within Voca to help prevent and address illegal, malicious, or unauthorized activities. If your account is terminated and you disagree with this decision, please contact us via email at
appeal@vocameet.com.
5) We reserve the right to reject requests that are frivolous, harassing, infringe others’ rights, lack legal basis, or are commercially unreasonable.
6) While we prioritize your personal information security, no method of electronic transmission or storage is 100% secure. If unauthorized access or leakage of your data occurs, we will notify you promptly as required by applicable laws.
5. How We Use Cookies and Similar Technologies
We may use cookies and similar technologies in the Voca app, related websites, emails, and ads to better understand user behavior, measure ad/search effectiveness, and improve services. We automatically collect and store in log files: IP addresses, browser type/language, ISP, referral/exit pages/apps, OS, timestamps, and clickstream data. 4) Withdraw Consent
You may withdraw consent previously granted for specific processing purposes. Revoke permissions (e.g., location access, notifications, photo library) via your device settings or Voca account settings. Withdrawal affects future processing and may limit service functionality.
5) Objection or Restriction
You may object to or restrict our processing of your personal data. Contact us to exercise this right.
To protect you and others, we may request verification of your identity before fulfilling these requests. We may also deny requests if: We cannot verify your identity; The request is unlawful, invalid, or infringes others’ rights (e.g., trade secrets, intellectual property, privacy); The request involves another user’s data (e.g., messages received from others), which requires that user’s direct consent.
Even where applicable laws require us to honor your rights, we may decline requests under the above circumstances.
7. How We Protect Minors’ Information
We prioritize the protection of minors’ personal information. If you are under 18 years old (or the legal age of majority in your jurisdiction), you may not use Voca. 8. Disclaimer for Third-Party Websites and Apps
Voca may contain links to third-party websites or apps. We do not control or review these third parties’ data processing policies and assume no responsibility for them. When accessing third-party links, please review their privacy policies carefully. This policy does not apply to how third parties handle your information.
9. Scope and Updates to This Policy
